FIRST Robotics Team #967
We are the Linn-Mar Iron Lions, FIRST Robotics team 967. Linn-Mar Robotics is an extracurricular activity for students attending Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa. The team builds robots for competition, and leads projects that benefit the local community. We meet Thursdays at 7:00 in Mr. Niemitalo's room. Potential members are always welcome!

FTC Tournament @ Linn-Mar
Our competition at Linn-mar on November 19 brought great teams together and our FTC teams 4324 and 4150 did a great job. FTC team 4324 won the most prestigious award, the inspire award, and went undefeated in the qualifiers before losing in the semifinals. FTC team 4150 won the Rockwell Collins Innovate award and were nominated for others. Both teams advanced to state! Our next qualifier is in January at Prarie Point Middle School. Good Luck to both teams!
FIRST Green E-Watt Saver Lightbulbs
FIRST E-Saver lightbulbs are a great way to save money and energy. The use of LED's will allow the bulbs to last much longer. If you would like to buy some please contact our coach Dan Nemitalo.
